Arrogant staff, no attitude at all. Come to here to visit old friend that stay in this “hotel” and then their staff think I sleep with my friend (for note: 1 room max 2 people) I tried to tell those staff with my booking card in another hotel and still want to give my friend “extra cash”. I was labeled as thief in front many people, kinda sad those Hotel to accuse us with no legit proofs. Shame on you

The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the location. It is in the heart of Kuta, yet tucked away enough for some quiet time.

The hotel staff seems unenthusiastic. It took an hour to get to our rooms because they had lost or forgotten about my reservation, which I booked a month in advance. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was a little frightening. yellow, brown, and a variety of colored stains on the bedsheets. The rough blanket, not covers, had several cigarette burns. And the bathroom was littered with stains, grime, and mosquitos.

I wouldn't recommend this place, even though the location is really good.

Good place,very comfortable,. Amazing swiming pool, i thing palm garden the hidden heaven , very recommended ????

Awful.... Just awful... I don't know where to start I checked out 3 days early after only booking 4... There's and idea.. ???? the staff are rude the bed was awful for my back never mind the cigarette burns in it... The insects all over in the room... Writing all over walls.... I imagine it's close to a prison over here... There's more but haven't got time to type it all... I think it's worth paying that little more for the comfort You get in return... I will leave with you to decide...

Very Good Budget Hotel. I stayed there from 22 February to 25 February with my family. The standard AC room was specious, Clean. The hotel staff were cooperative. There is a swimming pool. Toilet was clean.

Great price, very central to everything, could be a bit cleaner and have hot water but shower's are tollarable as its hot all the time and cold shower is nice.

Budget hotel, can rent monthly during pandemic, walking distance to pantai kuta and beach walk
