Really nice place to stay with friendly staffs. This hotel close to Beachwalk mall if you need one for hangout and you can walk through to the Kuta Beach.

In the room you will get 2 towels and 2 more for swimming towel. They have a really nice and clean swimming pool.

Didn’t like the area slummy part of Bali, hotel is about a 2-3 star no more, I wouldn’t call it a resort by any means and certainly not grand anything. it’s very run down and will take some money to fix it up and upgrade it, what saved it for me was the beds were comfortable and the pillows, staff and People we met there made our trip a good one.it’s understandable it’s run down when Bali had such a hard time surviving Covid and being closed down.but it could do with some simple upgrades also besides the pool needing a total over haul, I didn’t care for the breakfast at all only ate there twice out of the 12 day stay. Very basic.and definitely needs cable tv. Phones that sometimes work in the room, very slippery tiles on the floor which was definitely a hazard coming out of the pool into your room or shower. Cleaning staff were great and always did a good job and were available whenever needed.what I found super weird was not one pamphlet in the foyer or in your room, no room service menu, never in my life have I stayed in a hotel that dosnt have a draw of menus and things to do in the area.extra seating was also needed in every room.and new towels, the towels were grey and hard.

Good room and location but to avoid using spa service there.
Good location 10 mins walk to beach and main bars and clubs.
Nice pool with bar. Room is clean and large. Great value with the discount I had.
The thing I disliked is the spa. It's 2-3 times more expensive than the external spas. I expected to pay more to have better quality worth of 4 stars resort and spa as name. However, paying 3 times more expensive to have 2 times less quality. The spa room is rustic, the massage is so average. The body scurb and wrap were a joke, not good. The music is from a phone and i can hear the noise from pool outside, the water tap running no stop, and the masser cleans stuffs in the same time instead of doing massage while I'm having masks or wrap like other spa places. I couldn't relax. The AC can't be changed, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold. Not recommended the spa at all.

Beware!!!!Please don’t stay here as it’s full of Australian housos mentality with tattoos, braided hair, loud and always swearing and drinking Bintang until 3-4am in the morning. Hotel reception don’t do anything about the noise and the hotel is built around the pools so all noise echos making it very loud! It’s really a party/meeting place not good if your looking to have a relaxing holiday!

Close to the middle of what can only be described as "tattoo parlour and nightclub" central, the staff here are friendly and always willing to go the extra distance to ensure your stay is as great as possible.

Nice staff and good location. That‘s it. Rooms are far from clean. Wifi an absolute disaster…

Love this hotel!! So close to everything, lovely staff and a beautiful swim up bar pool.
So worth it ????
Only improvement is maybe the buffet breakfast
