Absolutely amazing, the hotel has everything for families and kids. Truly an established brand, well trained staff and really very clean, spotless amenities and room. There's even a clinic if you are feeling under the weather. The kids club activities were well lined up for the week. We spent 4 nights here and it's probably the best hotel in Kuta. Thank you for a memorable stay, Hard Rock Hotel :)

Perfect for family. This is our first time staying at this hotel. I am staying with my two kids, both love the place. The swimming pool is big with plenty of activities for your kids. The location is near Kuta, you can walk outside and enjoy Kuta. The room is so quiet too, we didn’t hear noise from the street. If you are coming to Bali with young kids, and looking for a familu friendly hotel, this is a good option.

Hard Rock Bali is a lovely hotel in a great location and I had a very nice time there. I just needed to lay around and recover and Hard Rock took care of that with all their pools and lounges. Very big hotel, great staff, many bars and restaurants, including a night club bar. Spotless and luxurious room and bathrooms, every facility you would need or want and the hotel is right on the beach with hundreds of restaurants and shops all around. Highly recommended hotel A+

The hotel customer service is honestly very disappointing especially if it considered as a five star hotel. We as a foreigner came to the hotel and booked through online and got the booking confirmation confirmed. We thought we should try another five star hotel after staying at the Ritz-Carlton Bali for a few days and we love everything about it. When we get there our booking were not accepted as they told us that we were charged a different rate to locals. The booking was not refundable. The solution that they gave us was to deal it with ourselves - they won’t let us stay with the rate that we have booked. They told us that we should deal it ourselves as they booking shouldn’t show it ourselves. They had problems communicating with the agent website - I’m surprised that I was told to deal with it without any guarantee we will be refunded. All they have was excuses saying that they have communicated with the agent website and it’s not their problem. If we get charged anyway by the agent, they won’t help us. So I’m very disappointed as we travel all the way here and was asked to deal ourselves. As a foreigner, I would say there are much much better 5 star hotel with excellent customer service. I wouldn’t stay here. The Ritz-Carlton Bali is excellent is every way and cost almost the same - consider staying here.

Dream holidays spent at hard rock hotel Kuta. Everything is very clean, the staff is so friendly especially with our toddler and the amenities will be everything you need. I recommend taking the package with breakfast and meal included as the buffet is always awesome and delicious. Thank you for making our holidays so perfect.

Excellent hotel esp for families with kids. The swimming pool is really the largest and it has a mini water park too. You don't really need to go out anywhere to have fun. The hotel is right opposite to Kuta beach. The rooms were though little small for a family of 2+ 1 or 2.

Stayed here with my partner and we loved it! We booked through luxury escapes and got so much extra goodies for such an amazing price, only thing was our view off our balcony looked onto a ally way with rubbish bins so we couldn’t open the doors because the smell wasn’t the best but apart from that we loved the hotel and would stay again.
