This place had so much potential. But our room was filled with black mold all over the ceiling and walls, the sink had hair all over from the previous guest . This place could use a lot of love from its management

Positive: I loved my stay at comeback guesthouse. The sweetest staff and beautiful large room. The outdoor shower was such a treat!. Negative: Nothing but you will need a skooter or can take grab to get to the main area..

Welcome to Paradise!

This amazing spot is located on a little quiet road from one of the main streets in Canggu. As soon as you step in you're greeted with a smile by the nicest hosts you can wish for. The family Ketut, Ratna, their kids u0026 staff are all so nice and friendly. They will make you feel at home right away. The cabins are located along a lush garden path with a pool in the beginning.

The area:
Down this little quiet street you'll find a temple, rice fields down the road, a small shop right outside the gates and a transportation stand.
On the bigger street you'll find lots of small warungs (local eateries) where you can get good and very cheap local food - along side a few bakeries, pizza places etc. There's also a pharmacy and a few convenience stores.
What I really liked about this area, compared to the areas closer to the beach is the local feel you get here.

The cabins:
Spaceous cabins with great WiFi, A/C and a huge comfy bed. A door leads you outside to a little area with a toilet and outdoor shower with good water pressure. How cool is that?! In the front you have a spaceous private terrace with two chairs and a table towards the garden path.
The pool is clean with a good temperature.
At the front / reception area you can get a good variety of drinks and order food in.
You can also rent scooters here for a fair price.

The extended area:
The beach is about 5 minutes away by scooter or about 20 minutes by foot. It's actually a pretty nice ride / walk. You can go two ways. One that goes through something that feels like a little village with a local market - the other along a bigger road where you'll find lots of nice cafés, restaurants, spas, shops etc. The closer you get to the beach, the more you'll find.
One day I walked to Seminyak along the beach, which took me a short hour. Tanah Lot os about 25 minutes away (great place for sunsets). Ubud is a 45 minute drive away, as well as the airport. You can get to lots of places from here within an hour..

I ended up extending my stay. Just feel really happy and relaxed here.

Update: Now, a year later, I'm back. Been staying here for a total of 2-3 month and feel like a part of the host family. Definitely got some amazing new friends here!

So, do yourself a favor and book your stay in this little piece of paradise!

Very nice place in a strategic position, clean swimming pool, big room, comfortable bed, semi outdoor bathroom with hot water.
Spare elmets are available at the reception, you can buy drink directly there without go out in the minimarket.
Helpful staff. Very recommended.

Loved my stay here. The owners are very hospitable and you can come to them with any questions. The cabins are beautiful and very well maintained. A little piece of peaceful paradise in busy canggu.

Positive: Nice bungalows with nice garden, friendly staff and good breakfest, which take us to pool every morning.. Negative: The place is near main street, so there was light noise at night..

Owned and managed by a Ratna and Ketut and their Balinese family, friendly atmosphere, fast and steady wifi, built only few months ago, cosy bungalows, brand new AC, a private pool, very reasonable prices for beverages, close to a lot of nice restaurants ... I could just keep going. Bottom line is: really good value for money and my #1 pick on my annual trip to Bali. Made even my cousin and my sister stay here :)
