Stayed for 4 nights and had a good experience.
Extremely comfortable beds! However, small bathroom with not well placed door.
When arriving, saw construction work outside the hotel. We asked the receptionist to get a room towards the end of the hotel. Without hesitation they gave us a room at the other side of the hotel.
Very clean, neat, and nicely arranged hotel with a great pool area.
Very central and good location with restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Breakfast was good but selection was limited and the service was not good. Staff was stressed out with having a few guests and not on top of the situation. Food and drinks took too long. We were also only given one coffee or tea, for a second one we would have had to pay.

Originally booked 2 nights at the Premier Studio and loved it so much that I booked another night.
The facilities are very well maintained, clean and almost feels like a brand new hotel. Loved the interior and my pool views.
The hotel has 2 pools, one at the ground floor and another at the rooftop which boasts an infinity pool view.
Location is great too, it’s less than 5mins walk to the beach, and close to cafes. The mini mart (Circle K) is about a 3-5min walk away.

A hotel that has a unique and cool design, the place is very close to Atlas and Finns also Berawa beach, so if you like clubing and beach walks, this is the right place! The service is excellent, the employees are friendly and helpful, the check-in and check-out process is fast, the facilities are complete, including the washing machine facility where you can wash yourself or use a laundry service. Around the hotel there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops so you don't need to be confused about looking for food choices and places to hang out other than the food choices at this hotel. In this hotel you will find Lemon and Salt restaurant, you will not be disappointed with the service and food served!

We had a really great time at Citadines.
Pros: great and friendly staff (especially Andra and Yoga from the reception). Clean room. Beautiful hotel. Good facilities (gym, laundry, pool bar). Nice spa. Close to center (7/8 min by bike). Not too busy street. Supermarket walking distance.

Cons: The breakfast is a-la-carte and for side dishes you have to pay extra. We prefer buffet. However they listened to our wishes which was very great. Sometimes too loud music at breakfast.

Overall, pleasent stay, don’t hesitate to book. You won’t regret it!

The rooftop bar and restaurant is a great place to catch a stunning sunset coupled with great food, drinks and music. Service is excellent. Can’t recommend this enough. Also, live music with a good band.

staff is really ???????? (polite u0026 helpful). location is ????????. there's cafe street area all around the location. clean rooms hope people don't destroy their stuff and it can maintain. minor saw some red stain on bedsheet 1st night but not an issue. able to walk to the beach behind. recommended! food is decent too. have laundry self service pls bring your own laundry soap.

Highly don’t recommend this place! Crazy noisy from rooftop almost every night + beach club near. Seems like this drunk people singing karaoke straight in my room. Zero soundproofing!
You raised the price for the monthly rent absolutely unworthy for this discomfort.
Also cleaning service so bad, I see dirty corners, dust all around the room after cleaning..
