Bought a box hair dye, light brown as I wanted to dye over my blonde fringe to match the rest of my hair, the dye in the box was not the right colour, it was far lighter than my already blonde fringe and proceeded to bleach the rest of my hair lighter? The box wasn’t sealed when I bought it so the dye inside could have easily been swapped.

Other than that, the staff were friendly.

My goodness. The epitome of stack it up and sell it quick. So much stuff here but not the easiest to find things as there seems to be no order and logic. Sort items into categories and then hang signage from the ceilings and customers would buy even more.
