The staff here is really nice and accommodating. However, the hotel is falling apart even though it seems recently built. Not sure the place has ever been cleaned and the room smelled really bad. WIFI does not work in room or throughout the building. We were put in a room with no window which was dark and musky. We left after the first night and the staff was very understanding of our plans changing.

One of the dirtiest place in Bali. Do not recommend anyone to stay there even for a night. The smell in the rooms was awful, no windows, dirty bathrooms and every place. The only good thing is staff. They were polite and hospitable.

The room was pretty large but when I arrived there and entering the room it smells like insects spray. Because just few minutes before the staff sprayed the room and it's not good for my breath. The bathroom was clean, although it needs more attention.

Pro's :
+ Easy access
+ Nearby Kuta and Canggu area
+ A/c works well
+ Spacious room
+ Good rate

Con's :
- nearby street, could easy hear the vehicles noise from the room
- room was a bit dirty and smell (probably cause of less ventilation)
- narrow bathroom
- staff were basic, no wifi offer just basic
- strong smell of the linen (rada bau apek)

the perfume at the room is too strong, it also stuck in your t-shirt for a moments.
I recomended you guys to have some private blanket for the best comfy
this hotel is for short stay and a budget hotel for you to stay in canggu is the best way to reduce the financial problem with the easy acces from the front desk

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! Better hotels nearby for less money. Very Dirty and VERY noisy, no wifi in rooms, awful bed, bad smell, lazy workers with no english knowledge or education, lift doesn't work, overpriced bike rental, nothing nice around it, terrible deco, old furniture, broken shower, room's door is too thin and can hear any slight noise from the hall, can't open the windows. I WOULDN'T STAY THERE AGAIN EVEN IF I GOT HIGHLY PAID FOR IT!! THIS IS NOT A JOKE. Hope I help someone with this

Friendly staff and good location but room was extremely humid and little moldy. Had to change hostel after 1st night. Breakfast "included" but they charged extra 20k for really bad coffee without telling it beforehand. You will find a better place.
