Amazing value and breakfast is included. Ok so People think the location is great (which it is!) the real gold in this place is the traditional feel and simplicity. You won’t see hoards of people and you will feel the serenity of the tranquil garden. The rooms are simple but totally adequate for rest. Bathrooms are of course older style but you would expect that for the price. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everyone works hard here so if something is missing such as towels you just need to ask the lovely hosts! Places like these are for the people who want to truly experience Bali and it’s lovely traditions and people.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the shower was hot, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was great. The hosts were also very friendly, and Gizza even dropped us to the airport after we checked out, free of charge. Definitely recommend staying here.

We were due to stay here the night before our flight, as its close to airport however when we checked into our rooms there was an overwhelming smell of vomit coming from the beds.. And the beds had bits in them. We left immediately and stayed at a hotel down the road. Even if the owner offered another room after the experience we couldn't stay there. I know it's cheap however I would expect the room to at least be clean.

This is worst place that i ever had, service wasn't good at all, owner was not polite of his behavior. Since first time we get enter the room smell bathroom like smell someone death. Anyway im not recomend you to get there. Many places with good price that you can find in kuta.

Love the ambience, love the garden ???? ???? A very quiet place to stay despite the location at the centre of Kuta. I’ll stay here again for sure next time I visit Bali! ????
Beware of the narrow alley to get here, better to bring the small car.

This happened in 2018 and I left a review. It was gone.
Worst experience ever!! The guest house was hidden at the end of a small alley. Tour minibus refused to go in as the road was too small. Night time was not properly lighted and not safe for female.
I was given Room 103. No toiletries such as soap provided as advertised. Only given 1 towel which was smells and they have no additional towel for replacement. The staff and Gietza told me the ran out of towel. What an ironic excuse for a guest house. Then I realised there were whole lot of soiled towels below the staircase. God knows how long these towels were there. They might recycle the towel for the next guest and that might be the reason my towel smells. I got to go and buy a new towel and soap for myself.
The toilet smells better than the room. Toilet was in very bad condition. Sink water was slow. The drainage was wrap with tape! The cabinet has spider web.
They won TripAdvisor award from 2012 to 2015 and stopped. Really?
No drinking water provided unlike other guest house.
There were lots of insects everywhere. You name it, small black ants, small red ants, big red ants, mosquitoes, house flies, bugs etc. Bitten so many times by small red ants on the bed as the red ants roaming on my bed!!! Room light was very dimmed. Dimmer than toilet light. Hardly can see where were the ants.
The blanket stained with something. Not sure what is it. The whole room were not cleaned at all. I’m quite confident that all the mattress, blanket, pillow case and even the towel were not changed since the last guess stayed. It was really unhygienic and not supposed to be listed as place to stay. In the night when I tried to sleep, in less than 30 mins, my hands, ear neck and upper body were very itchy!!! Not sure what bite me. I regretted didn’t check the room properly as I was rushing out for my meal after checked in. By the time I’m back to the room for shower and sleep, it was too late. Nobody to complaint to as it was very late night and too late for me to find a new place to stay. Everyone including the staff already slept by the time I realised the room was not cleaned. There were zero security at all. I can’t sleep whole night wondering what insects going to climb onto my body and most worst bed bugs. I left the room with the key inside the room in the midnight around 2am to go over to airport even though my flight was 12pm the next day. At least I felt airport is cleaner. Terrible experience. This room is not fit for guest. Don’t trust the picture in the website!! Most of the amenities were in bad condition and not maintained. The host replied my review with hatred. Damn. Trying to accuse me getting the itchiness on my body because I didn’t shower. Lousy host. Didn’t you see the part that I mentioned I went to buy own soap and towel. Why do you think I need my own towel and soap for? Cleaning the whole room for you? If you do not understand, perhaps you can use Google Translate to make yourself clearer.

Dear lousy host, don’t you understand that the main reason I left your “guest house” aka “insects infected house” was the HYGIENE issue? I don’t expect the condition to be perfect. Those were just fact I would highlight to everyone. I do agree that everything comes with a price. But HYGIENE must be included in all rented room. If you think cheaper price comes with bad HYGIENE, I wonder where your workers stay. Imagine that you were paying them salary and they get free stay at your place. They might be staying in the chicken coop or worst.

Anyway, I’ve seen the review posted by lots of your previous guest at Google u0026 TripAdvisor. Mostly come with lousy review. After each lousy review, you will always get offended and be extremely defensive and trying to ignore the real problem and pushing the fault to your guest. Be a man! Just accept the criticisms and improve. Act your age, not your shoes size, LOSER!!! Full stop. Why wasting time playing tai chi with your guest? What a lousy loser.

Centrally located yes but the room isn't as clean. The bathroom smells so you have to keep the bathroom door closed. I was never given towels. I had to go buy my own toilet paper. Honestly if you have another option, choose that option.
