Awesome service, even better inventory! They have an incredible inventory of new boards for sale, good short board rentals, and the staff are super nice and do not pressure you into buying anything like some other shops on the island do. 10 stars in my books!

Very friendly staff and I am glad that they sells the Australian sunscreen brand that I have been looking for since I touched down Bali. Nice interior and very comfortable place to shop for surfwear and surfboards, will visit again

Very nice and helpful staff at the Boardriders store. I bought one of their Native surfboards recently. Everyone was very knowledgeable and patient with me while I asked tons of questions. I got to test one of their boards for free on Eco beach nearby as well.
I'm super happy with my new board (Native Lunar). It's easy to paddle, responsive, and pretty fast on the wave. Overall it's a perfect fit for me :) so stoked! Thanks, guys for all the advices and help!

Beautiful shop, probably the most complete surf shop I’ve come across in Bali. Anything from beach wear to water sports. Great customer service too. Everyone was so friendly and helpful

Best service! These guys were so stoked to see me purchase a board. They made me feel like I won the lottery. Honest and nice, what more could you want in customer service.
