It was super fun, all water sports were amazing experience. All staff were happy, friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, price was negotiable for the big group. We were well assisted by Daisy, very well trained and friendly. I personally enjoyed parasailing, fly board and fly fish was amazing. Except one activity, Kids were exited for banana boat but it was not fun.

Nice and cool place, the location of this place is awesome come and see you self, they are very lucky got this spot at the end of the bay with clean sandy beach

We took part in sea walking.
Very well explained and instructed. The diver explained and supported at all times. Helping us when ever we needed help.

The host on arrival was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. We were given transfer and food : the club Sandwich was incredible.

It was an amazing experience. The staff is friendly both in the office and on the waters. Their coordination skills are amazing. The rides give you complete satisfaction. Rolling Donught and JetSki were the best. Me, my wife and son had an amazing time. I would recommend Bintang to my friends and family.

They absolutely ripped me off.. I was charged 100 USD for Scuba diving which was very very very expensive and experience was no where near what was charged for. Later on I along with my wife and kid did donut boat ride which was again highly priced to 60 USD. We found it fishy so we did some research online and found that we need to bargain, there is no standardized rate. I didn't expect a professional sports club to quote exorbitant rate and expect customer to bargain like street shopping.

I would have given 5 stars if not for the price negotiation. This provider listed their activities on Klook as well. I read some reviews that some providers do not recognize the klook vouchers purchased so we decided to walk in to check prices on site vs klook listed prices. The sales person said 50% off the listed rack prices for us but that price difference is still about sgd80 compared to klook. The person said not possible to do klook prices which is ridiculous because if they can't do it, then why list that price on klook? So is he saying klook is a scam?? Anyways. He said he will check with his boss if they can give us a better discount but still not as low as klook... in the end, since we really wanted to.do the activities and for our own safety (if we pay klook prices, would they cut corners??) We decided to settle and Pay sgd40 more for our peace of mind. Besides this, we were really quite happy with the instructors, guides and the way the activities were conducted which was professional. We did tandem parasailing which felt really safe and their equipment were quite new. (We tried this before in phuket and it didn't feel as safe) . We also did seawalking and snorkeling and saw many fish. The instructions given were clear. So all in all. I would recommend but hope that this provider can honor the klook prices so it does not kill their reputation which is really not worth it...
