If you love life and want to enjoy water sports for life ahead, do not do any water sports activities with Indah Bali.

1. Massive Rip Off: The prices are quoted in USD and are usually very high( e.g. parasailing 100 USD per Pax). Even after bargaining they will offer you a combination of 3-4 useless activities along with to sound like a good deal. Except for Scuba, Parasailing and Banana Boat no other activities can be termed as water sports.

2. Unprofessionalism: Practice for the beginners happens exactly at the diving spot instead of shallow water. This is dangerous as the instructor at times forces you down under water while practicing hanging on the boat. Very bad thing to do. I had blood coming out of my ear by the end of the scuba. Instead of being slow and steady dive they seem to be in a rush to do it quickly which is life threatening.

Any Scuba professional would know that touching underwater coral and metal/scrap deposit is a big no no, the instructor here asked me to touch fishes, coral, hold the rope attached to a rusted metal scrap and swim on top of it.

Dangerously bad place. There were multiple dangerous issues at this place that almost cost us our life:
1) of the 20 mins scuba we did The oxygen ran out after 15 mins. Which was insane, this could have had life threatening issues.
2) the scuba trainer is an idiot, be made us touch corals (which you're not supposed to do) he also made us grab rusted pipes with our bare hands when underwater.
3) they took so long, we couldn't complete 3 activities in 3 hrs. Very unprofessional with their timings and trust me this place was EMPTY.
4) They don't know what they are doing. Very untrained staff. They didn't even refund us for the activity they delayed at, not did they apologised for the scuba miss happ.

I'm never coming here i again. I urge you not to as well. This place is dangerous, PADI should remove their licence.

Place is ok ..price are very high for watersports you have to bargain everytime...but bargaining works..

Best place in tanjung benoa bali,.completed watersport and my son enjoyed the trip to turtle island

Took turtle island / glass boat package with them..good experience with courteous staff.. the pickup u0026 drop was perfect u0026 the package done properly well.. they had other water sports u0026 activities but didn't have the chance to use them though the facilities u0026 quality looked pretty food.. all in all great!

Really rude staff. Horrible experience. I booked online through makemytrip for 3 activities. After reaching there, I booked scuba as well. Once I was back, they started hurrying and asked us to leave early, so that they can fit 4 of us with other couples. We wanted to stay for 15 min to see if we can do more activities and take more pictures. But staff started shouting at us to leave now otherwise we will have to book our own taxi. 3-4 people became very aggressive. Being in different country we opted to go back instead of arguing with them.
Avoid going there, staff is rude and prices are too high.
Makemytrip should remove them as their partners.
