This resort have everything you need and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. We stayed here for a few nights before we flew home again, and we are happy with the stay.

It's a great place to stay if you'd like to be in the center of things in Bali. We used this place as we wanted to go on several trips that had routes that started close to the hotel.
The AC in the room was crazy cold no matter what we did, so we had to run it off during the evening and turn it on early in the morning to not freeze to death. The beds were however super comfortable.

The breakfast was amazing every day! They have chefs cooking for you and they are the best!
The hotel is nice and clean and the pool area is great. Just don't leave the resort if you do not want to get jumped by all the sales people...

So I’m giving this hotel 3 stars and I’ll tell you why.
First I want to say the hotel
Itself is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful and the front staff are amazing, reception are amazing. The location is handy. Very close to the airport but close to the other things you might want also. The pool area is amazing and the hotel was overall quiet. All the rooms have balconies too.

Here’s why I take two stars off.
1* the room was fine however the fridge was leaking. The bed isn’t very comfortable as the mattresses have springs out of place.

2* I went to the pool area for a drink and to chill. I sat at my table and got no service for over 10 mins. So I walked into the bar. (Staff was nice and friendly) Then I ordered a coke. Then I was told I had to walk over to the other side of the building to pay. Then I got my coke and it was a 250ml tiny can. And they charged me 43,000 ($2.88 us). It advertised 35,000 but got charged 8,000 for “services and fees” he said. What service? I had to walk all the way to the bar, then to the cashier. I got no service.

So there’s why it gets a 3 stars. It’s a fine hotel but it’s good to know these things.

Rooms are big and clean
Well decorates interiors.
All rooms with balcony
Nice location with direct beach access

Negative:
Breakfast- need management
Service - they pick calls very late or sometimes no response.
They need to work on customer service
They should provide hand jet im washroom along with jet pump.

Overall is agood place located in center surrounded by best bars, restra, different cusines.

Good location, very friendly staff, and action fast. The room is not good enough even though they just renovated it. The drain of the bathroom is always blocked, it doesnt work even after they fix it. The internet in the room is not working well, and lots of mosquitoes.

4 I love traveling - a month ago

Very good hotel.
But little old style and bad conditon elevator. I think morning breakfast food is not so bad. My family stayed at family room there was 2 small bed and 1 king ked. Bed conditon was good.
I recommend you to go lippo mall by walk. Finally good thing is near airport ????

Beautiful place. It's located just next to the beach . We had a pleasant stay with a big spread of breakfast.

The staff is very good and the maintenance also.. It doesn’t look like a old one .
Have so many options in breakfast and unfortunately very less options for Indians but those who want to try all different varieties can opt for breakfast.
