Very nice villas with private pools. However, the bathroom, toilet and lounge are all outdoors, so mosquitos and pests are a big issue. The windows and doors also have gaps, so mosquitoes bit us every night. The front gate doesn't really lock either. When we tried to extend our stay, we were directed to book online, but when we did our additional booking was cancelled. Overall, a nice place but I'm not sure I'd revisit if other similar options are available.

My first impression was so bad because i found my booked villa there is a mentenance in it and the time was 3:30pm but they give me another one but they suddenly discovered that its booked in the same day so the give me third one but the room not 100% clean and the bathroom is in open air (not all people like that but its my fault) , like most of hotels in bali there is a lot of geckos but inside the room because the top of the room isn't completely closed and the doors doesn't close normally. The receptionist no good at english too and no variety in breakfast and if i want extra toast i should pay for it .the only good thing to me is the pool and the kind room service guy who got me my breakfast.

We stayed here for 7 nights and loved every minute of it. Our villa was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The pool was amazing and staff were super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh each day. For our first experience of Bali, I'm glad we chose to stay here. Thank you Bali Prime Villas for making our stay an enjoyable one. We will definitely stay here again ????

Great place for your gateway. The villa was beautiful, clean, and comfy. The service was nice, they got a car + driver to pick me up at airport. But the food could be better. Some people may think it's too far from Bali's famous places, but if you're looking for a peaceful place then it'll be the right choice. I'm really gonna miss the villa!

Unprofessional management,,I already transfer to rent this villa for 1 week and when I ask invoice they said this villa already sold to another guest, so they will return back my money or shifted to another villa which I dont like before!! FYI Before I make a deal and transfer for rent this villa, I already arrive in this villa and check inside villa after that we agree to stay in here and transfer money for 7 days duration of stay,,,but a few minutes after we’re deal and transfer, the manager of this villa canceled unilaterally on the grounds that the villa had been rented out to someone else!!this is makes me very very disappointed!! I’m not Recommend for anyone to stay in this villa otherwise you will disappointed like me because they will sold the villa to other guest who will pay more than you even you have deal and agreement before!!
Third parties make deals with me because they know that the villa is still available for me and also I’m going there to see the villa and make sure that’s still available,,if you say I’m doing with third parties and you dont want to take any responsibilities about this matter its mean you’re unprofessional management!! As I know third parties,fourth parties or any parties whatever, they always ensure the availability of the villa before dealing with the customer,of course they should be coordination with villa management, in this case you have to know that!!!

Beautiful villas with very friendly and accommodating staff who are always willing to make your stay and experience in Bali as enjoyable as possible. Villa was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The Daily breakfast was also perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with our choice, it was perfect for us. The plunge pool is ok and we spend alot of time in the villa simply relaxing. The bath up and the shower were separate. Buffet breakfast with lots of choice. The location of the hotel is relatively convenient.
