The staff are friendly and very helpful.
It was a little bit difficult to park our car due to lack of space.
The room needs improvement a little bit.
Can't use the pool because there's some problems with the pool.

Overall, a good place to stay, will consider going here again.

The staff is kind.
Close to Kuta Beach.
Good location to walk around and look around.
Cheap local restaurants nearby.
But employees need to pay more attention to the guests.
Bathrooms need to be a little cleaner, towels clean.
The bed is clean, but you need to pay more attention to the bug.

This hotel is only coupla minutes walk to Matahari's supermaket in Kuta Square. Great price. Glasses were still wet and dirty. Pillows have had mould, but have been washed. No bar fridge. Bathroom was very clean.
Reception 24 hrs Excellent staff. Breakfast worth it, delivered to room only, only warm, theyre brought in from somewhere else.

Really bad and horrific experience. Please don’t book this hotel in any situation. The rooms are infested with bugs. The room that I was in had a broken sink in which the water was clogging. And ace not working. Upon complaining at the property, the staff was unapologetic and unkind. They paid no attention to the complaint. Said that they will fix in the morning. I had to spend all my morning waiting for someone to fix. But when I checked at the reception again, it was already 9 pm. They shifted me to a new room. Did not even help me with bags. The new room again had broken sink. I asked for refund. They did not provide a refund. Just said I can take 50% discount for next day. But by then didn’t want to stay. The manager refused to talk to me

Was good reception, easy to book, clean pool, comfy bed. Hot water, tidy and clean. Staff helpful. Close to everything we needed.. did not like the American breakfast, would not order again
