Great location in the center of Kuta. Modern and new hotel with polite and friendly customer service. Paid for room only so can't say if breakfast is good but the choices seems limited on list presented to us. Had to change room as the first had a lot cockroaches. Was really not impressed by that but front desk dealt with that quickly and gave Junior suite instead for no extra charge. Junior suite was impressive and really clean, with a lots of space and huge bed so i can't complain.

Very nice rooms and helpful staff.
Good breakfast, great cocktails and okay dinner.
And the location is great! A 10 min walk to the beach, an A-Mart across the street, lots of little shops and spa's on the same street, also some more expensive brand shops are a 5 min walk away.
But they've got a serious cockroach problem.
The first night I stayed here we found that our bathroom was filled with cockroaches. After addressing this the staff, they gave us an upgrade to the Junior Suite. Which was amazing.
But sadly also here we found a few of these bugs (2 or 3) crawling around the room.
Aside from the bugs I really enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is very centrally located short walk to pretty much everything in kuta. The hotel itself seems pretty new rooms are spacious with comfortable big beds. The pool isn't very big maybe just to soak definitely not too swim laps. We did have a issue with an above average amount of cockroaches in our room. Once we brought it to their attention they offered to move us to a different room and free upgrade.

Friendly staff, the room is clean and tidy despite the humidity. All rooms are named and different. Walking distance to the beach, located inside a small alley, easy to miss, without any banners. Nevertheless we had a nice stay.

Good location. Great bed. Great shower. Silent aircon. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Good coffee. Free bike parking on site. Only minus was no window in the room.

It’s an old hotel but compared to the price and location, I can walk to the Kuta beach for 5 minutes, so I was satisfied. They don’t offer a buffet breakfast, but you can have 3 different categories and I was really full. They label their each room with funny names, mine was called sexy lips. I forgot to take photos of the interior though.

Good hotel for a good price. Interesting exterior design. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Location is perfect if you choose to stay in Kuta. Everything is five minutes of walk away. Staff was really friendly. I recommend this hotel.
