It was a good service and room and it's clean. The location is strategic as well. You can take a walk to beach nearby like double six beach bar and kuta beach. The pool is also bigger and I've expected they have open a pool bar but they still not opened yet. The staff also friendly.

A decent and clean hotel. Staff were courteous and prompt in checking in. Just within walking distance to many minimarts and scooter rentals. Walking to beach is a mere 7-8 minutes walk.

- The view inside the hotel area is quite pretty, on night time its a big let down if there's not many people staying, they wont turn on the pool lights
- Water heater works
- Hairdryer, safebox, fridge, phone, smart tv, electric kettle (with coffee and tea)

Tips or might be considered
1. The location is good, because its near seminyak and 15 mins to kuta
2. Breakfast area is seperated for non smoking and smoking (both outdoor)
3. No deposit
4. There's a rent nearby (Amertha) very friendly owner, +62 877-3053-1168 u0026 +62 818-355-045 recommended (its cheap tho)
5. It's hard to travel if you dont rent a vehicle
6. The lighting in the room is bad, no ceiling lamp.

The room was quite small and had a rustic smell, need extra attention in the bathroom (the shower is blocked, jets pray on and off ) we had an AC problem during our stay yet the staff was quite responsive and helpful.

Property is under *active construction*, just be aware of this, August 2019. When you’re paying $40 per night it is hard to have a huge complaint, but definitely the property is not very clean and it is out of date. But, they are doing construction so hopefully it will be better maybe next year. The breakfast is pretty good, but make sure you order the breakfast when you book your room online. If you try to pay cash for the breakfast they definitely try to take advantage of you

Went for a long weekend ending today. Since we planned last minute we just grabbed this. As some others have said here, the photos look much nicer than the actual property or its current condition. Have to say I thought this was a sort of sad little hotel. Staff were lovely in all areas, front desk and breakfast room. We booked a “suite” but it’s basically a large regular room. It’s not the kind of place we felt we wanted to hang out or lounge around the pool. There is a sort of nice view from the roof but it’s not such an inviting space. Finally, we asked for a late checkout and they gave us 12:30 which was nice but for the requested 2 pm there would be an additional charge. But the hotel is 80% empty so why? Anyway, if you need a budget hotel in Legian this was OK. As others mentioned the breakfast is pretty basic but fine for a budget hotel.
