Adorable experience! We stayed in one bedroom suite and we enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious, it features a kitchen, living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and has two separate toilets! We also had lunch in their restaurant right in front of the beach, the food was very tasty! On the last day, we ordered breakfast in room and we were blown away! The pool is huge with deep water, the staff is kind! Recommended.

Perfect location. Good rooms. Good service. Good price. Good foods. The hotel room is nice and clean. You can bring the whole family in one room because the largest room has 2 bedrooms or more depending on the room type. You get free breakfast. Hotel right in front of the beach.

strategic location by the beach, but the price doesn't match the service.

we arrived earlier and stayed in hotel lobby to wait for the room to be ready. the atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing. welcome drink is nice too. and the inconsistent statement made by the staff ruined all good impression. the staff found excuses of our room can't be ready on time and kept making contradictory statement. we arrived before 1 pm and checked in after 3 pm. with this situation we thought even just a simple compensation can be a nice gesture. but the staff isn't trained to do risk management. they brought us to the room and told us the bigger bottles of water will be charged instead.

the room is spacious but the interior and facilities look old. overall a nice room.

the service is not satisfying and ruins our good impression on the friendly staff and nice atmosphere. the overcharged price not worths it.

Visit a friend stayed at this hotel u0026 quite interested with it since they have spacious studio rooms located just in front of the pool with the kid slides. Suitable for family stay since you can chill right at the terrace of the room while watching the kids playing. Not sure about the services u0026 that's why I have to hold 1 star first since I haven't get an experience staying there yet, but definitely would like to try a staycation with family.

There are several reasons for my low rating, but the first and most important is that there is no way that this resort should be claiming that it is a 5 Star hotel. It is not. Reception is lovely and provides the perception that is a 5 star, but once you go past that, there is no chance that if proper 5 star ratings assessed, this would get 3 stars at best.
Room -
Rooms are spacious. Bed was comfortable. Couches were very worn down. Fridge had a smell, which I think was from probably being turned off for so long. Bathroom was spacious but, it has an open shower which I love, but water goes everywhere and it is a slipping hazard. They provide one small bath mat to use that gets soaked immediately. Do once I get out of shower and dry up, I then used my towel to help soak up the water. That is okay, but this place only services rooms every second day, so I had to keep asking for towels and bath mats. They must labelled me crazy towel man.
The room being serviced every second day was a pain due to the towels. But it’s annoying that I never got told this when we checked in.
Pool - pretty good but run down and really does need a renovation. But it was fun and kids area was good.
Food and Breakfast - breakfast is okay, but nothing to write home about. It also lacked consistency. Wasn’t great, and definitely not a 5 star standard they claim to be. I also ate at their restaurant The Barrel. It was okay at best. Not great. And it was pricey for Bali, but not compared to home.
Staff - really lovely. All the staff are really nice. Even when they make mistakes they are still nice.
The Spa - this is by far the nicest part of this resort if you like spas. Service was good and I got 1 massage and it was great.
Location - I loved the location, and this is really the best thing about this place. Easy access to everything really. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Seminyak central is not too far. Really loved this, and really awesome is that beach is across the road.
Overall - would I stay again. Probably. Because I know what to expect. It is not a 5 star. If they advertised this as a 3 star and I stayed here, I would be providing a higher rating. My lower rating is mainly due to this place being promoted as something it is not. They also stuffed up my airport pick up when I arrived, so had to work out my own way to hotel, which to their credit they paid for when I got there. Their communication could be better. Many times when I went to reception or called them, I would have to repeat myself to several staff before they understood, like asking to bath mats.
In any case, enjoyed being here and if you’re okay with s 2 to 3 star place in a great location, this is s good choice. If you want a 5 star experience, don’t stay here, it’s not for you. That’s just being honest.

The hotel sucks....why ??
1. Went for breakfast and asked for cafe Latte. Staff said its not included in breakfast... only black coffee is included.
2. Toaster for bread wasn't working. Really and you call it a 4 star ...
3. Water play area some of the slides were not working.

I would say this is at best worth a 2 star, unless you start calling a 4 star to 7 star!!!

The location of this 5-star hotel couldn't have been better! The beach right in front of the hotel is amazing! Our room was spacious, cleaned daily, the bed was huge and super cosy! We also enjoyed the pool, breakfast in room and drinks in the resturant in front of the beach. Definitely will be back soon.
