The staff were rather pleasant however the standard of every staff is different. Hotel staff were very friendly, very polite. Recommend asking for room 401 or 402 as it pretty much means you get a private courtyard and pool area as these are located on the roof. The hotel was very nice and quiet.

It looks good from outside but bad on the inside. Room is dirty and bad lighting. The bed and pillow is really smelly, I discard the pillow and have to cover myself with my own blanket else I cannot sleep sleep with the smell. Bathroom is really old and dirty as well, the water tan and shower is rusty, the tiles are yellowing and broke. Quite a shame since I was recommended to this place by the owner herself

(-) Worst attitude from the front desk Maria. she was the most arogan front desk i met in whole Bali.
toilet was very dirty, jet flush and jet shower didnt work out since check in and none continue to fix it.
air con doesnt work at after 4h checked in.
they didnt prepare amenities until i called to be prepared.
after i reviewed my stay to let her know the issue in the room for her knowledge, Maria blocked me in whatsapp.

(+) helpful and humble staff guy at afternoon and night shift. hot water was good. 8 minutes from the airport.

In my opinion the best location in the city. The hotel room was nice and new but not maintained. The hotel rooms were kept very clean. I can't praise the staff and ***agement enough. I spent an evening identifying star constellations and relaxing after being in the sun too much.

A good hotel for people on budget. It is not too far from Kuta main street. Staff are (as usual in Bali) very nice and friendly. A little advice to people, you better book rooms in the main building as the ones (cheaper) outside can be very noisy.

The room is very clean and neat. The location was close to the new mall in Kuta. Such a bummer that we didn't do enough research that this hotel actually provide FREE airport transfers. It's important to remember what you get for the money you pay and this place is a stunning bargain.

One of cutest budget hotels in the area, very close to the main Kuta road near the Indian restaurant so for me it was a perfect place to stay, wifi is not as great but good enough for chats and stuff. Very affordable and highly recommended, they have a roof pool from where you should enjoy the sunrise from, for sure! Also stay on the 3 rd floor (technically 2nd) for better view
