The front office/admin was quite reckless. I was sent a broadcast message showing a pic advertising a kettlebell class at 17, so I signed up and reconfirmed the schedule.
I came at 17 and paid for the class, but there was no instructor or other participants, until 17:25 when another participant came. Confused, we went to the front desk and the FO only said the class was supposed to be at 18:30. She didn’t apologize AT ALL. Even when I returned the locker key and said I’ll just leave and not join the class, another FO only said OK while staring at her phone, without even looking at me.
I Whatsapped them later, and they still didn’t apologize until I pressed them to, and did not offer a refund. The whatsapp admin even tried to blame her other colleague who posted the broadcast message.
This was not even an isolated incident. One time on Friday afternoon I booked a yoga class for Saturday morning at 9 but there was no reply at all. When I came at 9, the class was already starting but the admin was not even at the front desk. I had to wait for the admin to come then pay for the class before joining.
It’s such a shame that the gym has pretty interesting classes with good trainers, but poorly managed by the admins.
