Let's get to the point
The main point that become problem is the waitresses.
Kind of strange to have untrained waitresses to handle this kind of place. U need to train the first especially in thr interaction with the customers.
It should be said by the waitresses that the Americano is without sugar, because not everyone has the same preference. Some like sweet and some like bitter.
There is nothing special about the place, for me it is not a cafe either because it specialized in take away service like Gojek or Grab. And kind of buzzing with the sound of vehicle because it is just right beside the road
The coffee itself is so so, you can make it yourself in the kitchen and store it in the cooler.
One thing catch my eye is the logo, good logo, make people want to go there.
But alas, if good advertisement is not team up with good service, expect people to never trust your brand again
