maybe I'm just unlucky, the hotter water doesn't work, the second day when I asked for it to be repaired there was no change. there are cigarette marks and stains on the bed linen, it doesn't really reflect a 4* hotel

Overrated hotel (having lifts dan small pool do not necessarily mean 4* Hotel).
Clean bed and toilet with dusty room
Friendly and helpful staffs.
Limited and untasty breakfast (4* Hotel which fails to provide simple milk and cereal menu and even a proper bread toaster).
Water pipe got leaked on our 1st day, taking almost a whole day to get it done.
850 meters away from Malioboro area which means there'll be constant jammed traffic in and out during holidays.

Here only for a seminar but I can say that their ballroom is comfy and nice. Their food are good. Their health protocol are also good. Good service from the waiters as well.

It was such a nice experience staying at this hotel. Pretty comfy and cozy. Bed are good and smells good. The room is not quite because it’s close to resto and swimming pool. What I have to say that annoyed me was the breakfast service is too slow and wasn’t something you would expect.

Good 4 starred. During pandemic, the breakfast is serve on the table. Cleanliness is a minus. Bathroom seems to be not clean much. Staying at 505, the bathroom walls is filled with stains. It disgusted me. Others are okay. Elevator is difficult to press. Overall had a nice stay.

Overall the hotel is new brand, and need more improvement for excellent hospitality. Apologised, I've got my bathroom without mirror, hairdryer and toiletries not completed enough such, the hanger etc. The finishing of the furniture inside my room also should be well maintained, as well as the cables are everywhere again need to be well maintained.

Breakfast, overall was good but the taste should be more improved. I appreciate the butler in the restaurant was good and very fast but still with manner and smiles as well.
