The AC (or its remote idk) is broken. The staffs didn't clean the room properly so when I just entered my room, I found several hair on the floor and the linen is quite dirty so I asked the staffs to change the linen. The conditions around the hotel, such as in the hallway, around the stairs, in the parking lot, are also very dirty like they have no cleaning service. The water spray in the bath is also broken so the bath room in my room is always wet. The faucet in the wastafel didn't work. The wifi is weak. And one more, the television. Do not expect you guys can enjoy the show because the picture on their TV is very unclear.

Bad experience. Bed was uncomfortable, the air cond in 1 room is super cold but no remote and in the other room was not cool at all.

Uncomfortable bed. Dirty room. There were cigarettes in the bathroom drain. Toilet flush does not work

Accidentally booked this hotel,
Unpleasant stay, dirty u0026 air conditioner trouble.
Dislike with the Bed, unprofessional service.

But Location is good.

The rooms are good, the parking space great too, and also available free Wi-Fi here. But it's hard to find a mini market from here, I have to walk 800 meters to find a mini market.

A good place for budgeting hotel. Sartika hotel has standard facilities. The minus is room and environment hotel dirty.
