My second time visiting this hotel and they upgraded me to Junior Suite which is spacious eventho I have to wait about 45 minutes for the room key. Breakfast is decent with mie siram as the winner, very delish. Prime location in Malioboro, so it's very convenient to explore the area.

Excellent and well serviced facilities. We cannot fault the helpful staff nor their excellent service. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Large quality TV screen with a big variety of free channels including YouTube and movies. Instant hot water and high pressure.

The stars belong to the staff, pool, and breakfast - they were absolutely amazing and the food was always delicious!! Our room was really unclean. Mold was everywhere (see photos) and when we checked into our room, the sheets were stained and there were earrings on the floor. They did change the sheets, but after we asked. Would not stay here again.

Been here with my friend just to enjoy the roof top bar.

Coming just right in time to enjoy the sunset and Jogja city scenery from this beautiful roof top bar.

The view, the ambiance, and live music is good, not to mention the staffs is very attentive, especially Anjel who served us. She is so hospitable and nice to have talk with her, also she has good upselling skills :)

The place is great! The bar next to the Novotel’s pool is at the 10th floor with a awesome view. They have cocktails, beer, wine, snacks and the price from the food was also good. The service is nice and the staff speaks good english. Andre bring us drinks and he was really friendly. We like to come again.

Hands down one of the best stays we've had. The suite is spacious, clean and so well designed. But the main reason our stay was so comfortable, was the hospitality of the staff. Thanks to Ms. Suci, who accommodated our requests and went beyond her way to help us with finding transport for sightseeing. Mr. Denov was very helpful with all our requests. And we give thanks to Mr. Rhe at the restaurant, who ensured that we could have vegetarian food without any hassles. Also, the neighborhood is very interesting- Malioboro is such a happening place. Would recommend this hotel very highly :)
