I love Ndalem Mantrigawen so much. This place is incredibly amazing and beautiful too.

It was my first time I came here and I truly felt amazed. Everything about Ndalem Mantrigawen is remarkable.

Everyone can come to Ndalem Mantrigawen easily because this place is located nearby the main street.

The room is wonderful and really comfortable as well. The TV and the air conditioner work well too.

Thank you very much Ndalem Mantrigawen. I do hope someday I can come here again.

The place is comfortable, there are balconies in each room overlooking the garden. The rooms are still ancient but very comfortable. The mattress is soft and clean. Rooms are cleaned daily and mineral water is provided in the room. The shared bathroom is modern and clean. The check-in process is very easy and the people are very friendly. Available dispensers, coffee and tea (self service). Enjoyable experience at an affordable price. Pretty quiet place near Keraton Yogyakarta.

Adorable staff. I was sick for two days and the receptionnist called a doctor to come to see me. Rooms are clean, the terrace are very nice in a garden. We spent a week here and loved it.

Great place, especially considering the affordable price. Clean, air conditioned rooms, nice courtyard, central but quiet location and old-school Indonesian architecture.

Recommended for budget travelers. The guest house is quiet with a garden in front of the rooms. Car and motorcycle parking are available. You can buy breakfast in front of the guest house. Interested place near Ndalem Mantrigawen are Gudeg Yu Djum (Wijilan), Alun-alun Selatan, Keraton, Malioboro, etc.

Me and Zeak were on vacation in Jogjakarta, it was already late at night, and we decided to choose lodging at Ndalem Mantrigawen Guest House.
It is an ancient Dutch building, with ancient Javanese architecture.
This does not include breakfast which we ordered separately.
We ordered the Gudeg Rice.
This is Zeak's first time eating Gudeg Rice.
He is very excited with it!

Got giant cocroach in the room. Can't afford myself to stay here after that. Staff are friendly and helpful thou, so if you don't mind insects, maybe you can stay here.
