Strategic place for stay with affordable price at center of yogyakarta city.
Near train station and malioboro street.
Very clean room u0026 toilet,
no smell bad,
non smoking room,
strict rules and fines to smoking not at the place.
Simply room, have tv, air conditioner,
Good comfortable bed,
bed for 2 person,
water 2 bottle on check in
No breakfast
Have wash machine if we need (pay services)
Have 9 rooms and easly booked for high seasons.
Free tea and coffee, but need to wash glass by our self.
Lock door at 11 PM but need to tell owner for our late return to the homestay after 11 PM.
Stay with the owner and fams, nice person.
Easy to spot and find the place.
Have some place to park vehicle.
Good garden front of house.
Have 2 nice white dogs.
Have place to hang out towel.
Easy to book, just contact the owner.
