The room is spacious with garden view. Very clean, calm and comfort in the middle of busy Jogja city. The building is fantastic with Colonial Deco architecture. Breakfast is comfort with excellent Indonesian Food. I will be back again when I'm in Jogja for sure.

Excellent stay. The guest house features a very attractive heritage-style architecture but with modern facilities. Add friendly staff, good cleanliness and a very strategic location. The only minus was that breakfast lacked choice and taste but overall we would be happy to return

Dutch heritage house, with a cool atmosphere... the first time we enter, we feel comfortable. The beautifully arranged back garden with the sound of gurgling water makes the atmosphere more relaxed. the room we live in on the second floor is Superior #11 connecting standard room #10, really suitable for families. the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and the amenities are complete ... minus the hair dryer. Breakfast is quite good. Hospitality staff are all friendly. The laundry is clean and fragrant.. thank you.

Searched for a place to stay. Randomly stumbled on this unique guest house. Old buildings but newly renovated which located in the center of Jogja city. The place is owned by Kutus Kutus group, so they also sell Kutus Kutus products. Using Javanese style interior, most of them are made of teak wood. There is a small fountain with green plants everywhere. The bedroom is spacious. The bed is neat and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and comes with complete amenities. There are 2 complimentary water bottles but there's a water dispenser on the dining room so you can refill the water as much as you need. There's TV and electric kettle inside the room. The package includes breakfast. The menu change everyday, depends on what they cook every day. The fried rice taste fine to me and the snacks taste good. Considered this place as one of the best place to stay in Jogja. It doesn’t make you feel like you’re on fancy vacation. It makes you feel at home. No regret, 100% will return on my next trip.

I really really did not regret staying here! At first I felt a little bit worry about staying in a hotel that is from an old house, but turns out it is very beautiful.. The staffs are nice, the rooms are big and spacious, the breakfast foods are nice.. we cannot choose the breakfast because it was specially prepared by the staffs every morning.. but it's still okay.. what I hope to be fixed maybe about the bathroom, I hope there is an exhousefan to keep the bathroom fresh.. afterall thank you! Ps: kutus kutus products here are also cheaper you can buy them here!
