The hotel looks is ok from outside, but the room is terrible. And if you added price as a factor, it become disaster or even catastrophic.

Stay just for a night and we move to other hotel to continue our holiday.

Some fact, that we experienced it.....
First the bathroom flooded.
Second The room is hot,
Third the bed sheets is dirty,
Fourth the lighting dim
Fifth they charge overly price

Bearing the title of 4 Star Hotel, I have high expectations for this hotel. But in reality there are still some things that need to be improved.
The check-in and check-out service that have to wait for a long time, it seems the staff is not ready enough with many guests who come. The bedroom is quite comfortable, but not with the bathroom. Broken shower, unclean toilet, and brown dirty water coming out of the sink when using hot water.
The pluses are: a child-friendly swimming pool, there is a climbing wall, as well as bicycle rental.

Very strategic location, have a lot of cafe surrounding, easy to access, good food for breakfast.

The location is strategic, close to malioboro and other tourist interest.
Good points
- location
- the room is spacious
- the small heated pool
- food is great

Bad points
- cleanliness. When the first time we checked in, the room was dusty, and have a bad smell of paint. When I go to the balcony, I found lots of rat dropping, water under the railing and chair and disgusting spot under the other chair. I don't know what it is but it remain there even the room was cleaned on the next day. Check the picture on my review.
- the lobby was empty when we checked in. Nobody helping us with our luggage while I bring 1 yo child.
- self service welcome drink
- the taste of the welcome drink is not fresh.

Overall I think they need to put more attention to the cleanliness.

The service was not as good as we expect. We rent a meetingroom. The morning resto lady was kind and helful, but the afternoon one is unpolite enough, unhelpful. So many misscommunication beetween the maketing person, the banquet, resto lady and the front officer.
Room was not all-ready ontime, we need to ask whiteboard marker, recepsionist air conditioner, steker. And we were dealing to serve coffebreak by table, but the didn't. So our guests didn't know for the coffebreak at the corner of the room.

I stayed there for business purpose for 3 nights. I unfortunately lost my pet a sugar glider. I asked hotel to help me find it. They have been very helpful. I found my pet after 7 days.

Thanks to mas Yusuf the technician who has taking care the SG and deliver it for me.
