Great international hotel with beautiful spacious rooms and massive beds. The pool is good but no place to sit next to the pool. The service of the restaurant/bar on the other hand was not so good. Do yourself a favor and do not have diner at this place, worst we had in indonesia.

Strategic location of the hotel. Nice services also from the staffs. They are warmly greet the guest and provide a nice help. Complete facilities, nice spot and nice price. Overall is great, wanna be back here for longer time stay.

Great experience when i stay in this hotel.
Quiet, warmth service staff, good location.
Much of traditional Javanese ornament.
Good smell in public area.
After you tired walking around Jogjakarta, you can bath with relax in hotel or lying down at bathtub.

Nice and spacious room, love the interior design for the main bedroom. However same stuff as everyone for the bathroom I think it needs a makeover and a whole new renovation.

P. s. Decent food, they had a lot of varieties for the breakfast option

I stayed for 5 nights here. The room was quite nice and they had upgraded me for free. However, the bathroom was quite basic and not very clean.
The hotel staff were nice and friendly, especially the concierge Heru who helped me arrange transport to visit the temples. The food at the restaurant was very tasty.

Nice hotel located at arms length of the city center (Malioboro). Service is exceptional, they went out of their way to help us in all matters, and you wont be disappointed by their breakfast. Great choice of base for Yogyakarta

This hotel does not deserve a 5 star. Please reevaluate your ratings. The basement parking is so small. The check in process is ok, but the reception staff was not accommodating. The room style is so old and dark, there's not enough light. The carpets traps dust and allergens, not recommended for families with little children. Worst of all is the bathroom, the water is dark colored, and there're visible molds, and dark spots on the bathtub. The towel frayed and spotty. The AC is not cold at all... Luckily the housekeeping and the engineering are excellent. They responded fast to fix it. Overall, not worth the price paid.
