The room is good. Clean.
The staff are helpful, but its kinda old fashion hospitality management.
The Parking lot is limited, maybe around 5-6 mini-van,
The mosque is near enough, maybe 2-5 minute walk.
But, the advantage points were location. Its near both jogja's train stations, a traditional market (Lempuyangan Market), Malioboro, and most of the down town area.

Awesome! It is worth with the price,you can get breakfast as bread or rice, hot water, fluffy bed, and not to mention the one who keep watching the hotel really kind. My friend need to catch up with her train at 8pm but we checked out at 12pm and the hotel's watcher allowed us to kept our bag in the lobby ????
But i cannot give all star because in the floor i lived it smelt like trash or smth idk in the corridor of the stairs. Also the shower was kinda broken even tho i still can used it. But it is really clean!!

Checked in and had a positive first impression because of the cheap price and nice looking furniture. But after a while you're getting annoyed by the small bathroom, which has no basin and mirror in it. You can't open the windows in the rooms. Also, WiFi is just working in the more expensive rooms in the first floor. The breakfast was also disappointing.

Average. No room service. No view from room windows. No security at night (only an old sleepy man, alone). The room quite big and clean but no tv cable. Too far from any store or restaurant. Dont late for breakfast, after 8 oclock no more food left.

The room is not clean. pillowcases, bed sheets and dirty bathroom. But the breakfast is good

Reasonably priced budget hotel with hot water shower. Can be noisy for certain time of the day.
