Quite nice room for temporary stay. Easy access to malioboro street where you can get many kinds of food, drinks, handicraft like bracelet bag. Also it only took 5 minutes walk from the Tugu Train Station.

Comfortable, this place is moderate for it rooms making it a modest spot to stay for the night but this hotel got some maintenance issue, first is the cleaness of the room is not to clean, make sure you double check the room if it's look like mot cleaned enough, then the terrible quality of some drawer, and others make sure to get a good room.

Other than comfortable enough, this hotel also affordable, can make a good deal if you wanted to stay a long time, without spending too much money on the hotel cost.

The hotel proximity close to malioboro street is another reason to take this budget hotel.

Another downside is it foods, the food is horrible so i recommended to eat at a nearby restaurant.

this place design is weird imho, it has lift that could lift up to 8 person, the bedroom is big and comfy, the bathroom is just so awful, no bathtub, hot water is available.

large parking lot, helpful staffs, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Affordable price. Near malioboro. Recommended.

No telephone in every room, in some room no kiblat direction for muslim pray, key for some room may be broken still can lock
