Good review:
Good customer service, fast response and easy to order. Store are clean and comfortable. Available all menu information in the cashier.

Bad review:
The place is crowded.

Trust me, hoka hoka bento is my favorite japanese fast food restaurant. But service is totally not good, not friendly and not helpful at all, and also they don't clean the dirty tables for a long time which very uncomfortable for dine in. So, please try to clean your own mess to help their employees to clean our tables.

Just like another gas food company. Taste so decent, the workers are nice. You're only able to use your card (any card) by min order 55k. They got so many tables here, that's why sometimes it's hard to move.

They give nice tote bag for my take out order, it was nice. The taste and packaging was very nice???? i have no problem with this order and most probably will re order

Got a strand of hair in my ocha, the waitress didn't respond.
After such long queue,then here i am with such drink, I'm losing appetite here

Located on new floor. The service is really bad. The queue is too long and for 1 customer need 20 minutes just to queue and get the meal. Not really recommend. The cashier is only one but he also prepare the meal. Please fix this kind of service.
