First visit, I had big rooms for affordable price.

Second visit, it was awfull. Very small room, big bathroom. So strange. Isn't there any service standards?

this is just ordinary hotel. When we arrive there is no bath foam, no slippers, no toothpaste u0026 toothbrush, no coffee or tea bag. TV channel only one it's make so boring. Room service until 15.00, more than that they will not clean your room.
Plus point is near to Malioboro street, just walking.

Reasonably priced, but we suspect the sheets weren't changed, the air con wasn't working properly and the bathroom was a mess. We stayed in the older building and think the newer building would be nicer, just because newer. Pretty good breakfast though

I booked family room (for 3 persons), they gave me a room at 3rd fl. The room was not as good as I expected. I found stain on bed sheet. They only provided a pair of sandal /slipper (1 slipper for using by 3 persons, so if we need to use it, we have to use it in queue. LOL). Wifi in room is not as good as in lobby. The light in bathroom is a bit dark. The breakfast is poor. They only have limited menu. Don't expect to find any danish pastries or any cake here, because they only served fresh bread to bake. They let the plate empty, and didn't fill the food right away, so no wonder I didn't find any slices of chicken when I took chicken porridge. No chicken slices and no sweet soya ketchup on that porridge table. I love salad and fruits, but that time I skip to get those because I saw flies flying over the salad area. But the most thing that made me really uncomfortable with this hotel that I didn't find any friendly face on the reception staffs. I didn't see smile on the frontliners. They talked to me or treated me with their flat face. As far as I know, when you run hospitality bussiness, the smile with friendly face is a must for frontliners. And I didn't get it in this hotel. So, if you ask me will I stay at this hotel again, my answer is NO. There are many better hotels around Malioboro. Better quality in the same price or even cheaper than this hotel.

Easy to go shopping at the mall by walking. It's comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast is nice. You may go having massage at the opposite of the hotel. *** Be careful! There's another Grage Hotel but not Ramayana and further than this one.

The bathroom was really smelly and room was small too. Anyhow, the room should be OK for a small family. The location to jln Malioboro is just nice. Locationwise is good.

The worst experience was about the iron. The hotel only has one iron and i have been waiting for two days to use the iron and still up to now, i still havent got the chance to use the iron. That was the worst experience i have had throughout staying in the hotel during holiday.

The hotel supposed to limit usage (in terms of time per usage for ironing) or prepare one common area for ironing facilities to ensure everybody has the same chance to use the iron.

I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Delicious menu, good rooftop ambience, clean toilet n musholla, and affordable buffet price. I brought my kids and it's quite safe and comfortable for them although it's open air. My favourite food so far is the bread pudding and bakmi godog. I like pineapple juice for the drink. The live music is good also. What I don't like were the wudhu area (not muslimah friendly) and the rooftop doesn't have non smoking area.
