Recommended for backpacker, minimalist and good value for price.
Modern design and stuff, clean place and good staffs.

Near Malioboro and perfect location with nearby gas station, mall, supermarket and foods or restaurants!

With Android TV, RFID key and modern design! Also hot water shower. I might stay here again if I go to Yogyakarta.

Again, really nice place and good price for perfect location with some modern features!

This place is a steal! Although this hotel is within walking distance from from Malioboro (a 10-min walk), it is pretty quiet and thus, perfect to rest. I booked a single bedroom and it is pretty spacious. Bathroom is pretty spacious and clean too. Being a budget hotel, Front One provides a lot of facilities (speedy wifi, smart tv, towel, toiletries, mineral water). Their staffs are nice and welcoming too.
Parking spot is tight. You can park on the street though

Budget hotel, near malioboro street, you can walk for only 5 minutes. Parking space is small, not recommend for you who bring car. Room is nice, small but comfy. Smart tv, hot water, toiletries, drink, clean towel and bed, and you can get simple breakfast (traditional snack). Price is quite affordable. Suitable for traveller or business trip

Stay here for 3 nights. Superb budget hotel!
They have:
1. King koil bed
2. 24h hot shower
3. Clean and spacious bathroom (for budget hotel)
3. 5 minutes walking distant to Malioboro
4. 32/40 inch smart android tv
5. Good linen
6. Super friendly staffs which will try to accommodate your needs

Will come back for sure if looking for budget hotel!

The bed linen and towel is not clean.. It is like a long time no one change the bed cover and sheet. Over all i like the smart tv, the ac is cold.. The bathroom a little bit small but ok. They provide snack box for breakfast.

Good and cheap place for stay. Minimalism at its best. Please take care of trash bin, otherwise it's a good place for backpacker. Very near from famous Malioboro Street, only need to walk straight past Kantor Gubernur.
