(+) The staff were kind and helpful even did the extra mile effort as pinjemin piring u0026 tuker bantal dll, the rooms has an old vibe but clean, the location is just perfect, near train station and Malioboro but not crowded, also there's lots of culinary spot in surrounding areas.

(-) no make up room on daily basis while customer stay in the hotel

a great place to stay. if u guys visit Malioboro, Jogja. I recommend u to stay nights at Bladok. They have various kind of rooms, start from single room - family room with the cost range start from 150.000 IDR. if you have children or bring ur nephew/niece, u can swim together there. every rooms are provided with water heater, Air Conditioner, and a desk with two chairs in front of the room door. u can ask to the receptionist an extra bed also.

The price is cheap, breakfast is okay, but the room too humid and bit smelly. Hot water not always worked. Also the shower need some maintenance because it's leak.
It has swimming pool and the location is good to explore malioboro.
In holiday season it's hard to call car from there since the main street have a traffic jam but if you on foot it's cool.

All in all the stay was good, because of the clean pool, the comfortable atmosphere in the lobby. The small room was okay (bed, cupboard, dryer) - if you except the bathroom. It was small, equipped with a standing toilet and a shower but actually not with(!!!!) a sink, which was awkward.
My meal in the restaurant (Soto Ayam + Garlic bread) was tasty and the price was okay. In average - and just because of the restaurant - I give 4*

Honestly for that price this is perfect. And people are kindest, will help you. The pool is fresh and will be a relief after a day in this very hot place of Indonesia.
This is ideal for backpackers, take the deluxe If you want climate, this is appreciated.

I love this place. The perfect spot to spend your holiday seasons in Jogja. They got pools too. The place and the room design is inspired by traditional Javanese architecture structure. And YESS, there is a place by the pool where you can leave your old books so then the next/another visitor can read them. Many books are already there, left by the previous owner, It's interesting to see cause it's coming from all over the corner of the world.

The pool is nice but the room was dirty, the wifi was not working on both our phones, no A/C and the work was the bathroom...

It's a shame because otherwise the hotel has nice common spaces
