Centrally situated, best breakfast and the staff is helpfull and friendly. I have nothing to complain and would surely come back and advice others to stay here while you are in yogjakarta.

A great place to relax and feels homey with your friends and family to enjoying the nice lifes atmosphere of jogja , Its just 5-10 minuites walk from the famous Malioboro street and Presidential Palace .. highly recomended

Superb! Living here for almost one and a half month (last Oct-21 till 1st week of Dec-21), it's like being in your own family home. More than just an ordinary hotel.
Cozy and clean place with a sincere warm and friendly welcome from the owner, the manager and their staffs - wonderful. Not to mention its location which is within distance to the heart of the city. i.e. Malioboro, 0 km. area, Kraton, Alun-alun, etc. The hotel itself is simply a modern 'instagrammable' one with many artworks about Jogja.
Sincerelly, once again, thank you for such a warm hospitality... ????????????

Recomended accomodation for muslim travellers, walking distance to malioboro. Clean room, rooftop has nice view n layout, hangout in the late afternoon to enjoy tea n friends.

The room is clean and enough even for 4 people with regular body size. There is no phone on the room. You can get hot water for drink on restaurant in 2nd floor.
Not much option for breakfast but enough and taste ok.
Really feels like home, there is a rooftop and you can hangout with your family or friend without feel awkward.
The price is great compare with location, building, room, and service.

(-) you will only get 1 card for every room, but you will always able to ask the employee to open your room (if you accidentally going out without bring your card) ????

Highly recommended. Homely and friendly new hotel within easy walking distance to Malioboro. Unique modern javanese ambience in lobby. Cool rooftop area to watch the sunset. Quiet rooms and good value for money. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to Yogyakarta. ????????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
