I’m a local. My parents live nearby. Stayed here because of its proximity. Didn’t expect much for 105k a night but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable. It had nice bed, tv, and AC which worked well. The only downsides are the smell from the shower (which is a minor nuisance) and the boys/keepers downstairs often played loud music which can be heard from upstairs but I’m not a light sleeper so that didn’t bother me at all. For those who have tight budget but want good quality accommodation I recommend this place without any hesitations. You won’t regret it.

The staff is so helpful, humble, and always given the best service. The room is so clean, tidy, and fragrance. The location is so strategies near to Malioboro street and Lempuyangan station, easy to find a mini-market and street food. Nice place tysm ????

Nice and spacious place. Minimal decoration but still comfortable. Surrounded by lots of culinaries with reasonable prices.
