Strategically located but rude seller! The staffs wouldn't assist you even answer your questions. I leave the store immediately! Should have read the reviews first! The owner said different branch different kind of service, what? Customer expect good service, any customer expect bad services? Show me one customer who expect bad service!

Although here the type of brand is pretty complete, but the service is bad and the shop owner will not respond to customers who only ask without buying.

I didn’t check the google review when I shop here, It was a pretty large place for a petshop and so many pet goods. But, I was surprised about the service, I don’t know what to say, if you ever think you had a worst service anywhere in the world, you should come here and it’ll change your mind. Everyone’s review about how bad the service is true. They don’t know how to treat a customer, I’ll never shop in this awful place again.

PLEASE for your own sake DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE!

Complete and full range of pet food, in bulk quantity and open almost all day long including on the weekend. Accessories are mostly basic stuffs, not fancy or premium design.
