It was really disappointing for a life-saving facility. No one pick up the phone. I dialed both of the numbers just to be welcomed by automatic machine even after waiting for 3 minutes. Really ironic for a facility which is expected to save every seconds of human lifetime.

I didn't know why this hospital gets bad review. Let me share a different experience of mine. I have never been here before so I didn't know much about this place, the procedure etc. However, the security, the staff and the nurses helped me politely. They even asked me what doctor that I was going to meet. Unfortunately, the doctor couldn't come due to important matter. They asked me to come the next day and they politely said sorry and gave the contact number to ask information first. The next visit, I made an appointment first through the number they gave me then the next day I came again. The security, the staff and the nurses were really kind helping me. I was even amazed by how they served me, someone who could get lost easily, nicely. When I met the doctor, I was even surprised at how kind, nice and great he was. I just graduated and I came here alone. I didn't know much how to use BPJS so I used my own money. GOD blessed this doctor forever, he helped me by prescribing my meds so I got the "generik" only. So, for the price, I would say it is much more affordable than I thought it would be (cheaper than the hospital I used to go) I like to say that it's the second place that makes me feel safe. So, this hospital is included in my blacklist because It appears that this hospital has accepted to involve in a case where a politician (Name: Setya Novanto) who are suspected as a corruptor had an "accident" over night that requires medical handling asap. But absurdly, this hospital reported to be closing one whole story in the building the morning before.

If you look for some medical treatment, I absolutely recommend you to find other hospital.

Third or fourth time i came here but the DOCTOR always late.. all doctor i visited.. poor!! They need to discipline the doctor!!

Giliran pasien nya y telat dokter gak mau nerima walo tuh pasien udah kesakitan atau kesiksa sama penyakit nya.

You are working on the service things.. honey, please make it better to serve your patient!

The medical team are execellent... as well as the staff also helpful... one thing I suggest.. that the color of the room wall... it shoul be white.. and nurses uniform shuld be reviewed

my brother almost die now, was electrocuted, my other brother took him to this hospital but the hospital refuses to treat him because they dont have ct scanner? seriously? this big hospital?
