The location is right beside central park mall. The facilities are great. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room are spacious and have good interior. The room and bathroom are clean. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights in Suite Room, and I got a welcoming drink and snack. I can also enjoy the free soft drinks and snack. The food choices for breakfast are quite a lot and it tastes delicious

The receptionist and the staff members are friendly and welcoming. The room I stayed in was clean and organized. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of foods to choose from. I highly recommend the Indonesian food ????

Yeah, stayed for a night here.
Room is spacious with nice atmosphere!
Bed is huge and even can do three in one bed lol (If you wanna share with friends lol)
The lobby is fancy too!
Good time staying here!
One sad thing is I forgot to take pics.

Good service. Comfort room. Especially as a Accorplus Member, we can enjoy Executive Lounge and get exclusive Breakfast ( picture no. 1 )

But sorry for the service from the front office, they're not greet me well when I arrive early in the Morning 5.00 AM. I get abandoned by the staff and don't know what to do. I'm so sleepy because a long trip from Surabaya and get abandoned in the hotel. Finally, they gave me permission to enter the Exec. Lounge just after lunch. ( ????u200d???? after the looonggg wait )

Overall, my stay experience is so wonderful with Pullman Central Park Jakarta.

Meeting rooms very spacious, rooms are nice, staff helpful and friendly. The interior design is very modern and unique compared to other hotels. Next to it is a mall, accessible from the hotel.

The hotel is really substandard. The room has an awful design with the shower room right in the middle of the room. The zen garden is dry and empty. The pool is small and open, without any shades to cover under scorching sun. The 'art' in the public area are hideous. The only good thing of this hotel is it's located in Central Park.

Great service and food. we had a great staycation here. what we like the most is the excecutive lounge for member: private, smoked salmon available, free flow, fresh u0026 delicious salads! but unfortunely our room had little bit noisy come from outside (thought it was renovation) not too loud and still tolerated. so, we would comeback.
