The area is wide open with high ceiling. The studios are spacious, and the environment is so clean. Very nice place to enjoy movies

Enjoyed very much the 4D experience. But there are plenty of improvements that can be done. Toilet for one is small and not proper. Need more than 1 toilet for Men and 1 toilet for Women. Need sparkly clean because your floor is dark. Put soap near toilet so people can wash hands or set up the bidet equipped toilet seats. Turn air condition on. Especially in the theater. It is hot in there. Comfy temperature while watching movie is between 20 to 22 Celcius. No wonder some wearing hot pants. Like I said, the 4D is enjoyable. But need improvements in other aspects

Actually types of its cinemas were great idea and add points compare to other cinematic brand. They 4D theater, bed seats type cinema, and great sound. But with less employee, they couldn't keep their hygiene standards. Toilets in the morning were so dirty, seats looked dusty, and the floor was sticky. If only they foccus on these small things, they would be a great competitor in cinematic bussines.

Clean n cozy????. Arrived at 9am, but unfortunately that time we can not enter the mall (Central park) before 10am, eventhough we got 10am-movie-tickets in our hand. Please communicate and do better coordination between CGV and the Mall????. I've lost 15 minutes on my way to the theater

Currently being renovated (November 2017)... Hopefully it will be more comfy soon, especially the seats... and the layout too, so that it won't be too dark and confusing anymore... Ticket box is now separated from snack box, which is good in my opinion. This cinema also has a wide variety of movies (than the biggest competitor), since there are also Hindi, Japanese, Korean and Thai movies here...

I requested for less ice beverage, but they gave me EXTRA ICE! Bad customer service! Pricey ticket! If it's not because of the movie that I wanna watch only shown here, I won't bother. ????????????

It's big and epic. From the artistic interior design with high ceilings, to the size of the studio, just awesome.
The biggest studio can accomodate up to 390 people (2D regular). The quality of the screen and sound is good enough.
We can pick our seat online (get discounts!) then print the tickets ourselves, so easy.
To get there from the main entrance, just take the elevator behind Fossil store (GF). The cgv is on P13 floor. This elevator is also connected to the parking area.
