Not bad, DKI Province General Hospital, very affordable, good service, Government should build more of this Hospital to maintain the balance since there are too many really expensive and rip off Private Hospital everywhere who charge you with all those nonsense unnecessary check up rather to fix and cure directly your illness.

Cons:

1. Nurses not using protective gloves
2. Still using some old testing equipments
3. No smile at all, maybe because they all feed up caring so many people everyday
4. Gloomy Uniform color, I really think White uniform much better for hospital
5. Interior color too.

It is quite good and affordable. I was notably treated nicely by a nurse named Rachel Ayu Suhandani.

Service quality is low, the toilet is worst and dirty, no water source. The officer didn't show any care about covid protocol. The nurse not really care about the patient.

The service really so bad. My friends infus was already empty but the nurses didn't change it quickly, they promise to change after maghrib, but it's almost isya when they change it. Also they make my friends BPJS difficult. Really slow response in this hospital. So many things makes this hospital service really worst. Not recommended hospital for some urgent or C. I. T. O condition.

if you come to the emergency room treatment is very good and if you are already hospitalized with BPJS class-3 always REMEMBER obliged to be prepared with a nurse attendant who always answers ready and 1 hour later with a pass to the same answer without any action at all

Used to be great during Basuki Tjahaja Poernama's tenurial. The specialist wards' staffs are among the most responsive along the corridor and the apothecracies are well-equipped enough (some patented medications may be missing). As the government hospital everywhere in Indonesia, you might expect long queue at busy hours. Few visitations can be curtailed.
