It’s our first time to go to Labuan Bajo and it managed well by travellino. At first, we really worried because we travelled during pandemic. But they give a lot of advice (when is the best time to go there) and treat us really well and i know they really have a great service since the first time i contact them and ask about the place.

It’s nice to choose Travellino as our travel agent during our stay. Thank you for comforting us, Travellino :)

They’re very communicative, responsive, trusted and reliable!! Found their Hidden Waterfalls trip from IG, not so sure how/when I start following them.

Enrico was very polite and super friendly and helpful! He helped us all the way to the end of our trip. Enrico was the owner, and there 2 other guy, Ilham and Iki taking care of the logistics. All of these people, were awesome! Patiently helping and encouraging us, especially when we faced some difficulties (one of our friends never done any trekking before!)..

Trip was well prepared (and of course following the COVID-19 protocols), Enrico even did a rapid test!! ????. They were on time too! And, very personalized.. each of us received an envelope with a greeting card and a mask in it, and the coolest part mask is washed and ready to use!!! ????????

Trekking itself, it was an easy hike and personally that wasn’t challenged me enough yet still enjoyable ???? .. Enrico and team picked the right walking path/destination. Proper clean picnic, lunch menu was great too. And, don’t worry about photos.. they are ready and will share the photos to you! Everything was just so right.

I am super glad choosing Travellino for our Waterfalls trip.. no hesitation, I definitely recommend them to everyone and would contact them again for next trips ????

One of our friend sent us Travellino's IG about this particular trip. Without hesitation, we agreed to it.
On the D-Day, we arrived at the agreed meeting point at 06:30 and the team was there before us, standing by - punctuality is TOP NOTCH!
We received a face mask u0026 personalized greeting card - it's an amazing personal touch. Ilham (one of the guide) advised me to leave my car since my car's condition is not possible for the uphill trip. Enrico, Ilham u0026 Iki all work hand in hand in "guiding" us through the steeps hill road so we all could arrived safely at the parking area at the top.
Welcome drinks and light snack were provided too - this is a very THOUGHTFUL preparation.

Everyone have been extremely helpful and uplifting, especially with me who never experience a trekking before. Word after word of encouragement never failed to cheer us up. They did a feasibility study on the most efficient and convenient paths for their guests. The road uphill was extremely challenging for me, but the downhill one is quite a piece of cake. Yep, apparently I'm good with going down! LOL

In every Curug we stopped at, Enrico's camera is always standby u0026 ready for a click. Finally when we arrived at the last Curug, we had an amazing lunch picnic. Well selected food + neat mise en place + amazing view of nature u003d ONE GOOD HELL OF LUNCH!

I never cease being thankful that we have found a reliable, comforting, cool, marvelous, sophisticated and entertaining organizer for this trip. Wouldn't trade it for the world. Thank you for the entire extraordinary u0026 marvelous team! We can't wait to travel the other part of the world with you AGAIN! Loads of love u0026 supports!

This is my second visit to Labuan Bajo, and this time I decided to have just one day sailing trip for a short trip around Komodo area and arranged it through Travellino. Alfonso from Travellino has helped me passionately from the first minute I contacted him to the time I've went back home safely. During PPKM, we needed to accomplish a few things before we could travel, such as to get PCR tests. Alfonso was really paying attention to details that he assured us to get our PCR tests on time. In short, I really appreciate the excellent service of Travellino, and also our fantastic experience during our trip in Labuan Bajo. I will definitely arrange my upcoming trips with the help of Travellino again! Great job!!

the service is very helpful for us who is very clueless of arranging itinerary. we took the trip to Hidden Gem Waterfall Sentul. at first, didn't have much expectation for the trip. but, turned out it was very adventurous, fun and challenging. the trip went smoothly, our guide is also very responsible. and put our safety and comfort as their top priority.
