Kafe Temu (KT) has a unique concept, it's beyond an ordinary cafe. Read on KT's Instagram: "Where communities meet to promote green lifestyle". "Temu" in English is "Meet" ????
KT is located in the Ruko Apartment Casa De Parco, BSD. Easy to spot! Has a green ornament in the building which eye-catching from the road.
It's cozy, neat, clean with unique murals too. KT has 3 floors for different purposes. On the first floor where the nonsmoking seating area, pantry, service desk, and cashier are located. The other floors are seating areas too but wider which the purpose for small to medium meeting space where communities are met. KT implements strict health protocol. Mask is a must! All staff wearing a mask, customers also mandated to use the mask. Seating area with physical distancing and hand sanitizer. Temperature checked is not mandate but saw the thermometer at the front desk. Electricity plug also available, so we can do the work, especially on the second floor.
KT selling various foods and drinks. From nasi goreng kecombrang (I think this is one the signature dish) to me Ayam, coffee and fresh juices also some well known Indonesia snacks too, like "lupus" steamed glutinous rice cooked in banana leaves served with liquid brown sugar and coconut shredded lupus top. Cendol is also available here. I was ordered energetic juice (I hope that's the right name ????): a mixed juice off is fresh ???????? ???? and it's energized! KT uses a glass cup with a paper straw. Bring food and drink from outside are not allowed, they will be charged IDR 15,000 ????
Aligned with the green lifestyle, at the service desk, we can found the flyer that mentioned if we bring 10 plastic bottles, we will get free drinks! I think KT has collaboration with "Bank Sampah" Melati Bersih (I read it on the flyer)

I enjoyed my first visit to Kafe Temu and definitely will come back here soon to try other menus and bring 10 plastic bottles to get free a cup of juice ????
