Uncomfortable stay. My room was pretty sticky and poor cleaned. Cleanliness is something to be aware of because quarantine. I have found hair on the floor, stains on the toilet, shower, table, etc... what I had to clean by myself. The hotel is pretty noisy throughout day and night, so bringing your earplugs, extra food (low quality u0026 poor quantity) and cleaning kit is a must.

The hotel is a 1-2 star, not a 3. You cannot sleep properly due to the prayers under the hotel with huge speakers starting at 4am (Continuing during the day at least 7 times) . My room was dirty when I arrived, keeping in mind that I was there for quarantine which it should be perfectly cleaned. Laundry service was good, and food improvable, as it was insufficient and repetitive.

I visited this hotel in 16 April 2014, it was my first trip to Indonesia. It was a good hotel, clean ,tidy and has a swimming pool. The only problem was traffic jam, I'm not interested in crowded cities and unfortunately Jakarta is one of the busiest city.

This is my 7th day quarantine, the food is always warm and good, the staffs are very friendly, help me with my booking and bank issue. The bed is okay and I think the room is empty for quite some time, but you can request to clean the room. They changed my room to street view because of aircon problem.

The hotel is good, the staff are friendly and the treatment is very excellent, the services are good from cleaning, and the food is good and varied. I enjoyed them during the quarantine period, a good choice

stay at this hotel for 10 days quarantine.
free pick up at the airport, 3 times different meals every days, u can request as well if u have some alergic, get 2 big bottles mineral water every days, free laundry for 5 pcs tshirt and jeans, they provide kettle, water heater, aircon, staffs are friendly and the important thing is for me the internet connection is very good.

Room is spacious. Staff are tremendous kind, nice and friendly. I will definitely come back and stay in future.
