The food is good, but the in-store takeaway ordering system is broken. We were told to wait 10 mins for our takeaway, then after 10 minutes we were told it would be another 15 minutes because there was a big queue of online delivery orders. Meanwhile, dine-in customers were getting served immediately. It feels like a broken system to not prioritise in-store takeaway orders the same as dine-in orders. We are physically at your store waiting, not a Grab/Gojek customer waiting at home.
