First time came to hospital, they were just doing enough or less. My daughter was mistakenly appointed to a different doctor which I realized after waiting for sometime.

The staff attitude is good enough but I just feel everything is going slow. They need to improve, especially in the rush our.

You have to wait for 2 hours at the emergency door. What is an emergency? After 3 waves of people have left, what is your hospital doing? Waiting in line at the emergency room? Is there something wrong with your mind?

The hospital in your country really taught me a bloody lesson!

this hospital is really like to hold its patient. I dont know why, the nurse said we can leave tonight, but then they advised us to leave next morning just in case, and i agree with that.
next morning we still wait and the nurse said we need to wait, we keep asking periodically and still can't leave, and finally we can leave in the evening.
Imagine we can't do anything and didnt even get a treatment for about 12 hours, stuck at hospital. the only one thing i like from this hospital is the good attitude of all staff. next please improve the process so the patient didnt have to wait for about half a day doing nothing.

Generally it's ok. I was there for hospitalization during early pandemic. Though eventually declared covid-free but the procedure are well implemented. It was tough to be a patient during pandemic, as well as for medics. I could see frightening eye on the nurse as well. Other experience related to covid test also no problem.

Actually im amaze how they change their service fastly and great movement. At the first time been there around 3 years ago and it was disappointed for me. But now they fix almost everything, they serve better and im confident to recommend this hospital ????????

When you have submitted an online registration, trust me, it’s not for PCR neither Antigen line. Coz you won’t be listed, and you will be left alone.
Better fight the crowd without online registration, and got infected with others
