The service degraded a lot. The linen looks not clean enough, some shirt hanger broken, NO bathroom curtain - as it looks like damage and not replaced ... last year visit was a bit better ...

I have stayed many times and usually it is fairly good for a budget hotel, but this time was definitely not so great.

Staff are nice enough but the room was small and felt dirty, the TV remote was in a case that was absolutely filthy, no shower curtain and only 2 towels (and no face towels) when there were three of us in the room... They charged 25,000 idr for a third towel even though they were all old and tattered.i know this is nitpicking but they only gave one card key meaning if I went to the lobby I needed they key to get back up in the elevator but who ever was in the room was now without any power because the room shuts down without the key in place. Oh and the facial tissues were all but empty and the toilet paper was only about 1/3 of a roll with no extra.

They benefit by having no competition so I am sure I'll be back, for how will depend on if it improves.

The room is quite cozy.Their breakfast is also good. Price is quite affordable.

The floor is a little bit dusty and also we can hear noise from our neighbor.

Used the meeting room for 20 people. Very helpful employees and securities. Good projector n sounds. Tasteless snack. Good lunch

First time stayed at this hotel. I would say the experience was not among the best. I stayed for a night with family. I would cover the pros and cons and summarize the star based on that.

Pros :
- Staff are friendly and helpful
- Room is quite clean

Cons :
- No tea and coffee on the room, no drink heater as well. Therefore had to pick the beverage on receptionist and brought upstair :(
- The breakfast is below par, food is ok but lack of variety, some food need to be specifically asked, e.g. sunside egg.
- Additional key has to deposit money, really hinder the mobility, especially if bring family, provided that no tea in room.
- No restaurant room service available, no hotel service catalogue in room
- Some hotel ammenities need to be requested manually (laundry bag, cotton buds, etc)

Summary
Actually I expect much from the price but the service vs cost just doesn't match. Standard hotel facilities seems to be lacking, however the staff are quite helpful and friendly, last aspect is the reason i don't put one star.

Nice place for rest and meeting. Very nice. I love it
