I'm a regular customer, wonder why the owner keep that couple receptionist, never smiled u0026 unfriendly, made u feeling uncomfortable????????

It's cheap, it's close to ICE and Rawabuntu station. The place is really C+ for me. There wasn't toothbrush provided (much to my dismay) and it was super hot the moment you stepped in (not that it was for the hotel people to control, though). There wasn't an elevator and we must go upstairs by staircase, which was truly challenging (welcomed on good days, but I was super tired at one point I was a bit upset). There was hot water and the bathroom was okay although the layout was a bit weird. I was just happy that I could get a sleep after attending a tiring gig.

Actually design of Anggrek Serat Airy BSD is unique. But more service here is standard, even almost bad. More receptionist looks no friendly, and so rude ????

So much mosquitoes here, especially in Ground Floor rooms. I got a room with dirty floor (middle room - twin bed), but i didn't took that picture.. i think "its okay" at that time, cause no one Airy room in BSD (all full at Friday to Sunday). I usually stay in Airy wherever i go (my fave room in BSD is Airy Lavionda, simple but clean and comfort), but i think this is the first i found something different with airy type ????

Good places for best staycation in BSD area that all you meed with the artchy building. Thats many places you can took great instagramable photos. The location is strategic near from culinary places and market store that you can enjoy everytime. The rooms are cleanest, smells good amd amenities are clean. I recommended you to stay at here.

Clean and room with balcony but no elevator also the shower not functioning properly

The room very old, furniture inside broken, We stayed both each room, but they gave only 1 towel. And it's torn. There were centipedes inside the room. Mattress tied with rope, bed was broken and thought by wood. Blanket for one person. AC is not cool enough, NO Hot water for shower.

Place is generally large, easy to find and hospitable receptionist. But there are small cockroach on the bathroom and it even crawls to my ear when i am sleeping.
