First time here, went for a GP appointment, and was so impressed by the genuine hospitality of the staffs, nurses and the doctor, they really made you feel welcomed and attended. Services and flow are efficient and onpoint. Few signatures here and there and you're done. Nice experience.

I was hospitalized here for one week due to gerd and gallstones issue. The doctor who treated me was Dr. Apriliana (internist) she is very kind and gives a very complete explanation, not rushed, and very friendly. I’m also always greeted warmly by the priority manager, Ms. Endah who often helps me in taking care of insurance as well as medical procedures that I need to take. I highly recommend EMC Tangerang because this hospital is very clean, the nurses here are very agile and friendly❤️

A little disappointed with the service of doctors and nurses during the ultrasound this afternoon at this hospital. As a new patient, I almost did not get a report on the results of the examination until I needed to confirm with the nurse whose explanation was also a little confusing. But in the end the nurse returned to the poly and handed me the ultrasound report.
