Attention for the management, I've been waiting about an hour for the dentist for my daughter and we got this 2nd queue and we just knew it in the last minutes that the dentist isn't in the room all the time.

We need to ask a nurse to check the availability since we know the dentist will be only until 14:00. The nurse then calls other departments asking for the dentist. This should be drg. Benbela Diredja shift before shift changing.

We shouldn't of course waited this whole time if the dentist would not be here since the first time we attend this hospital.

We have received a great service and treatment at Kasih Ibu Tabanan.
Wina in the front office is amazing, she is so helpful and really great at translating for us too.

I came with pain in my right ovary and a temperature to their emergency ultrasound department. The staff took so long to find out when I could be accepted and to make an appointment for me. I waited for almost 3 hours, and without waiting until they wrote me down (the doctor suggested the next appointment in 2 days), I left. and in the morning they took me for an ultrasound in another clinic, when their WhatsApp manager only answered my message. Terrible service, they don't respect their patients and their doctors are away from their jobs all weekend!

Nice hospital building attentive staff and doctor,but i think the cleaning service need to pay more attention to the toilets
